Description
During the last war in Sri Lanka, the Eelam Tamils were trapped within the safe zones by the Sri Lankan, who has unleashed its ferocious military aggression against the hapless Tamil civilians living in those zones. Plenty of innocent civilians became caught up in the endgame of the bitter civil war
However, the chauvinist government has been using these retreats to kill the Eelam Tamils using outlawed bombs and ground missiles. Many of the civilian deaths reported, have occurred in an area that the Sri Lankan government declared to be a “safe-zone”.
Naguleswari K. was killed during such an insidious attack in Kombavil.
