Description
The toddler Kajani Kajakumar was among the victims of the bomb attack at a safety zone in Mullivaikal. Around the end of the civil war the Sri- Lankan government labeled Mullivaikal as a safe zone for civil people. Because of the bombing Kajani and her family were killed. Along with them up to 40 thousand Tamil citizens died as well.
Legal situation (investigation/criminal proceedings)
Until this date, there have not been any court hearings. Because of that the attackers were not charged for their crimes.
