Thanusika Vijayanathan lived in Vanni, which was under the control of the Tamil administration. She is one of the kids that died during the genocide in Mullivaikal. She only turned 6 years old.

Description
Thanusika Vijayanathan died together with her mother and brother at the aimed bomb attack organized by the Sri- Lankan air force at a safety zone. The safety zone is an area where civil people were allowed to stay but was used to start a bombing. Along with them, thousands of other innocent people were killed.
Legal situation (investigation/criminal proceedings)
Neither the soldiers nor the Sri- Lankan government were charged for their crimes. Some of the officers involved in the case were even promoted to a higher post.
